Long-awaited EPA delay in fixing a Protective National Ambient Air Quality Standard for ozoneThe American Lung Association is extremely disappointed that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced today that they will fail, set the date before the adoption a more protective national meet air quality standards for ozone. EPA said the U.S. Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit that come long-awaited decision until the end of October, two months after the deadline.
