APPOINTMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY QUESTIONS

• To make a blood donation appointment or inquire about blood drive locations, call (608) 227-1357 or 1-800 GIVE LIFE  (1-800-448-3543)

• Donors should call these phone numbers with medical questions or eligibility questions related to travel.  They should ask to speak with Red Cross staff and will be told over the phone if they are eligible to donate.  All conversations are confidential.

RECEIVE CREDIT FOR YOUR BLOOD DONATION

• After you donate, look for the One-A-Week book in the Red Cross canteen area and sign your name and date of donation for Club #178. 
• If you forget to sign or do not see the One-A-Week book, contact Debbie Bormann to report the donation (Red Cross staff will take your donation any time within the calendar year)

• We are always looking for new One-A-Week clubs, contact Debbie if any club members would like to start a club at their church, service club or other organization.
